Deep Run had no problems with Hermitage to secure the Colonial District girls volleyball regular-season title this past Thursday.
The Wildcats didn’t give the talented Panthers much breathing room, winning in straight sets 17, 21 and 13.
Suzy Rosser, the reigning player of the week, continued her hot serving with six aces.
Mallory Woolridge (10 kills) and Chaney LaReau (11 kills, seven digs) led the offense.
Hermitage’s dangerous duo, Erin Fitzgerald (10 klls, 10 digs) and Kristi Richardson (13 assists, eight digs) led the Panthers.
